Love is an inherent light that connects us to one another, and allows us to share the experience of life. 

Love is beyond words. It is a feeling that cannot be fully explained, no matter how hard we try. 

When we unconditionally love others, we connect to the source of life on a soul level. 

We have a great opportunity to love one another and cherish this love that the universe was created with. 

The story:

The original painting actually took seven years to complete. I started painting this piece at a small music festival in Israel in my early years of making aliyah. 

I love to write poetry and it quickly became apparent to me that love is a concept that cannot be expressed fully through words.. I needed to express it through imagery. This love is not just about the love of two people. It represents all forms of love between all kinds of people, whether it be man and woman, or parent and child, best friends, ect.   

The central light in the painting represents the energy of love itself, the trees that wrap around this love represent growth and nourishment. The two faces are nuzzling into the light, representing the unconditional love and connection to one another. 

With these symbolic themes inside this painting, I am sharing the significance of nourishing our relationships and loving the people in our lives for who they are. All the good, and the not so good.
