Elul is a season for cheshbon hanefesh — an honest look at where we've been, what we're ready to release, and who we're becoming in the new year.

In this live, guided session, we'll use meditation, reflection, and intuitive painting to explore letting go, returning to our natural state, and making space for what wants to emerge.

You do not need to consider yourself an artist. All parts of you are welcome — the lights and the darks, the whole full spectrum. This is a space to listen inward, and return.

    A brief welcome to settle in, arrive, and set intention.
  2. Guided painting meditation
    A guided meditation that flows into painting
  3. Layered intuitive painting
    Through color choices, body movement, layering, and guided reflection, you explore your inner world — processing emotions, releasing old patterns, and painting your inner freedom.
  4. Reflection + integration
    Time to pause, notice what shifted, and gently close the experience.

You’re welcome to move at your own pace — there’s no right way to do this.

This is your invitation to reconnect to your inner artist and experience how creativity can be a path back to wholeness.

Hi, I'm Avigail

I work with watercolor and acrylic to create art that weaves together visionary imagery, Jewish mysticism, and abstract expression. Painting is my sacred practice—a way to explore the inner world, awaken the soul, and connect with the divine flow.

I teach women around the world how to express themselves creatively in my workshops and courses.
