Purim carries within it a wild, upside-down joy — a laughter that lives deeper than logic, a celebration that knows even the hidden face of the Divine is present.

In this live online workshop, you're invited to paint your way from Purim's exuberant freedom into the personal liberation of Pesach — discovering through color, movement, and mark-making what it means to be your own story of redemption.

We'll begin by drinking deeply from the spirit of Purim: the permission to be unmasked, the blessing of holy foolishness, and the power of joy as a spiritual practice. These will become the brushstrokes — loose, daring, and alive — with which we enter the canvas.

As the painting unfolds, we'll allow Purim's joy to till the inner soil, loosening what has hardened, making room for what Pesach asks of us: Where am I still in Mitzrayim? What within me is longing to go free?

This is not a painting class. There is no right way to do this. You will be guided to let your hands move before your mind can judge, to trust the color that calls to you, and to discover — in the mess and the beauty of the process — your own unfolding exodus.

Throughout our time together, Avigail will offer short Torah-woven reflections that weave together the threads of Adar and Nisan — the wisdom of hidden miracles, the alchemy of turning sorrow into dancing, and the ancient promise that every soul contains its own promised land.
