The Soul Journey Structure

Course Breakdown

Painting 1: The Raw Beginning (3 weeks)

We begin by throwing up on the canvas— letting it all out, exploring without judgment, and expressing what’s raw and real.

This is not only about the outcome.
It’s about being present in the process and discovering your inner truth.

Painting 2: Rooting with Intention (3 weeks)

We shift to painting with a driven purpose.
This is your chance to create from a centered place — a prayer, a manifestation, or a deep dive into a personal theme.
Here, you’ll begin to integrate vision with heart, technique, and meaning.

Reflection + Integration Session (1 week)

A sacred pause to witness what’s emerged.

We’ll gather as a group to honor your growth, celebrate your creations, and anchor your transformation.

Throughout the journey, you’ll receive guided art meditations, weekly journaling prompts, and live hands-on painting instruction from an experienced artist with over 20 years of creative practice (that's me!).
