Soul Journey is a 7-week creative experience designed to help you release, explore, and reconnect with your inner world — through painting, journaling, and sacred self-expression.

This is not about painting something “pretty.”
It’s about painting the truth.
Making space for what’s alive in you.
Accessing the deep waters of your soul — and letting them move through your brush.

🎨 What You’ll Experience

Part 1: The Raw Beginning (Painting 1)
We begin by throwing up on the canvas — letting it all out, exploring without judgment, and expressing what’s raw and real.
This is a space for emotional release and creative freedom — painting as a way to move through what’s stuck.

Part 2: Rooting with Intention (Painting 2)
Then we shift to painting with a driven purpose. This is your chance to create from a centered place — a prayer, a manifestation, or a deep dive into a personal theme.
Here, you’ll begin to integrate vision with heart, technique, and meaning.

Week 7 is our Reflection + Integration session, where we witness, honor, and anchor what has emerged.

Throughout the journey, you’ll receive guided art meditations, weekly journaling prompts, and hands-on painting instruction from an experienced artist with over 20 years of creative practice.

You’ll learn:

• How to layer paint and build depth

• How to flow without judgment

• How to paint your emotional landscape with texture and spiritual light

• How to get inspired using vision boards, and blend abstract and realism for a mystical, personally meaningful experience
